Staff Reimbursement Form

Springfield Schools PTA has updated our classroom supply reimbursement policy for the 2022/2023 school year. SSPTA will now offer a $100 reimbursement to every K-5 classroom teacher and to individual instructors/specialists in each specialized department. To claim your reimbursement, you must submit the updated form with your receipt(s).
